In celebration of General Mills’ commitment to removing artificial flavors and colors from artificial sources from all of its cereals, the company is rolling out a three-week open casting call to find one real rabbit to be featured as the honorary face of Trix. Pet bunnies from across the country could be the #RealTrixRabbit and appear on limited run boxes in the winner’s hometown.
From real rabbits to pets in bunny costumes, kids, parents and family members are invited to snap pictures or take videos of their furry friends– and upload them to the www.RealTrixRabbit.com. Applicants can also scope out the competition and follow the journey to find the Real Trix Rabbit by following #RealTrixRabbit on social media from October 19, 2015 to November 8, 2015.
While the iconic Trix Rabbit isn’t going anywhere, Trix is removing artificial flavors and colors from artificial sources. This means using ingredients like fruit and vegetable juices and spice extracts such as turmeric and annatto to achieve the fun red, yellow, orange and purple colors while delivering the same great taste that adults and children have always enjoyed.
“The search for the honorary Real Trix Rabbit is a family-friendly opportunity to share our excitement with cereal fans as we introduce the new Trix recipe this January,” said Lauren Pradhan, senior marketing manager for General Mills’ Cereal division. “We are excited for families to experience the new Trix recipe as well as the recipes for other cereals and see for themselves that every spoonful will still deliver the great taste, quality and fun that General Mills cereals have always brought to their cereal bowl.”

Northwestern Mutual, presenting sponsor of the Rose Bowl Game, today announced that its float in the 127th Rose Parade presented by Honda in Pasadena on Jan. 1, 2016, will support the fight against childhood cancer.
The theme of this year’s parade is Find Your Adventure. Northwestern Mutual will dedicate its float design to the greatest adventure and dream of 13-year-old Peyton Richardson of Sugar Land, Texas, who is in treatment for acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). Northwestern Mutual is committed to raising awareness, accelerating the search for cures to childhood cancer and providing support to families battling the disease.
Peyton, an aspiring ballerina, would like to see the performances of the distinguished ballet companies of the world and have a ballet lesson with one of their principal dancers. Peyton’s adventure will be brought to life in flowers by Fiesta Parade Floats.

I hope this song helps drive home the message throughout the world that domestic abuse is simply not ok.”

Jaguar announced the three renowned actors to appear in “Rendezvous,” its 60-second television advertisement to debut during the second half of Super Bowl XLVIII, and revealed details of its largest-ever brand and product marketing campaign, called “British Badboys” which introduces the Jaguar F-TYPE Coupe (on sale spring, 2014). “Rendezvous” stars Sir Ben Kingsley, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Strong, and was filmed by Oscar-winning British director, Tom Hooper, in London. With the airing of Super Bowl XLVIII, 20 Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) students became the first to have a hand in designing the opening animation for FOX Sports’ broadcast of the NFL’s annual championship game. A television event that likely will be one of the top 10 most-watched programs in history, the broadcast was expected to draw an audience of more than 100 million.
The opening animation of the broadcast was set in New York’s iconic Times Square, and brought the worlds of art and football together to capture the superior athleticism of NFL players. SCAD students helped create the concept and design for the animation using assets provided by FOX Sports and by fashioning new creative elements.
