Fu Hu Kuen is a Tiger Fist form of Five Animal Kung Fu or Ng Ying Kungfu. Ng Ying Kungfu is a form of martial arts which originated in the Southern Shaolin Temple of Fukien. It was master Christopher Fournier who starting teaching the art publicly in 1993. Dutch martial arts master Patrick van Steen aka Long Juan Feng was his personal student and earned a license of full transmission under Christopher Fournier.

The Form: 9 Tigers of Five Animal Kung Fu - Gau Fu Kuen or 9 Tigers Form is a fundamental form of the Ng Ying Kungfu systems of Southern China. Performed here by shifu Patrick van Steen. Five Animal Kung Fu is a traditional southern Chinese form of Martial Arts. The style was taught by Christopher Fournier who passed on the lineage to master Patrick van Steen aka Long Juan Feng.

5 Animal Kung Fu known Ng Ying Kungfu is a system of martial arts that was taught and brought to the public by grandmaster Christopher Fournier from the USA. Dutch kungfu master Patrick van Steen was a personal student of Christopher Fournier. Patrick van Steen got his warrior name Long Juan Feng aka Long Feng (Rising Dragon) in 2016 and opened his martial arts school. In june of the year 2020 master Patrick van Steen was awarded the Da Shi title which means grandmaster.

The Shaolin Kungfu Staff is one of the oldest traditional weapons used by the Shaolin Monks. Practise requires forms, partner exercises and some sparring with protective gear. This is the Wind Chaser Staff or Zhui Feng Gun (say: goen) Here the Zhui Feng Gun form is demonstrated by Jeab Luc Grandjean from He Yong Gan Apeldoorn the Netherlands. A very nice Staff form!
