Today the EDF Energy London Eye reached an impressive milestone by welcoming its 50 millionth visitor.
Just over 13 years ago in March 2000, the London Eye opened its doors to the public for the first time and has since welcomed everyone from homeless charities to Royalty and guests of all ages from countries all over the globe, on the 135m high observation wheel.

There was a lot of excitement on the campus of North Shore Animal League America’s national adoption headquarters in New York when Renée Felice Smith of NCIS: Los Angeles loaned her time and talent to co-direct and film a Public Service Announcement for the Mutt-i-grees® Curriculum. Happiness and smiles were abundant today as 85 homeless students from the Tampa area received a private visit from the Harlem Globetrotters and $15,000—the grand prize in the Howard Johnson (HOJO) hotel brand’s The Give Happy Challenge, a national competition that challenged people to make others happy.
