The 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit is where the global automotive community converges every year in January and the future of transportation is revealed. This year over 500 vehicles will be on display from 40 manufacturers, and, including some of the most innovative designs in the world as well as never-before seen debuts.

Throngs of fans lined up at Sands® Cotai Central Saturday evening, hoping to catch a glimpse of the glittering array of celebrities walking the red carpet on their way to a VIP gala dinner at Sheraton Macao Hotel, part of Sands Cotai Central’s A Night of Stars event.
Celebrities gracing the red carpet, to the delighted screams and cheers of their fans, included Sammo Hung, Carol “Dodo” Cheng, Frances Yip, Chang Chen, Wu Chun, Ekin Cheng, Chilam Cheung, Karena Lam, Grasshopper and Sandrine Pinna, along with Vincent Kok and Sire Ma, who were masters of ceremony at the gala dinner – a celebration for the integrated resort’s VIP customers. Before the dinner, the stars participated in a handprint ceremony, with the resulting handprints to be incorporated into the Cotai Strip® development’s own version of an ‘Avenue of Stars’ walkway.

For the first time ever, an orchestrated stampede of more than 40 horses stopped all traffic on a portion of the famous Las Vegas Strip as Shania Twain marked her arrival into Las Vegas by making a grand entrance via horseback to her new home at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Fans and visitors lined the street in front of the iconic Caesars Palace fountains to welcome Shania as The Colosseum’s newest resident artist. Local Bands- Rococode (http://www.rococode.com) is an evolving band of three Vancouver musicians. They have been working hard to bring fans into their world through a collective desire to make adventurous, badass and meaningful pop music. In fact, all the members of Rococode have ever done is make music.
This local Band is made up of members Andrew, Johnny, Laura and Shaun, and as all things begin and end with the music, Rococode has set to making exciting new pop. Their debut album Guns, Sex & Glory is a little bit dark. A little bit playful. A little bit scary. A little bit thoughtful.
