New survey results from Connections Academy, http://www.connectionsacademy.com, one of the country’s leading providers of full-time online school for students in grades K through 12, reveals the reasons parents enroll their children in online schools. The results are from the Connections Academy 2014 Parent Satisfaction Survey, an annual third-party survey now in its twelfth year. All families with students enrolled at the time of the survey were invited to participate – 45% of the families responded to the survey, totaling more than 18,000 respondents. “Last year 100 million Americans didn’t visit a dentist, and millions more live in communities with little or no access to dental care,” said Patrick, driver of the No. 10 Chevrolet SS in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. “This is an issue that affects a lot of hard-working people, including NASCAR fans, who are often living in pain. It’s time to do something about it, and that’s why I’m proud to partner with Aspen Dental and Oral Health America.” Through the Healthy Mouth Movement, dentists and team members from every Aspen Dental practice in 27 states will devote a day to providing much-needed dental care to those who need it most – free of charge, no questions asked. And to reach communities where care isn’t available, the newly-constructed Aspen Dental MouthMobile, a fully-equipped dental office on wheels, will go directly into communities to not only provide free service, but raise awareness. Next time you get the feeling that the floor is falling out from beneath your feet, it might just be an ESP Detection Floor that comes to your aid. Developed in the Netherlands, the ESP Detection Floor system uses electronic flooring underlay panels to monitor rooms by detecting human movement. The panels detect if someone has fallen over and automatically notify an emergency control center.. Of course, when it comes to flooring, aesthetic design is just as important as functionality. Which is why DOMOTEX 2014 will explore trends in flooring functionality and design. The rug designer Jürgen Dahlmanns and the internationally renowned architect Jürgen Mayer H. have given a preview of their contributions to DOMOTEX 2014.
