See what happens in this video when the pressure/energy of the water of a street pipe (during this particular storm) became high enough that the water in the drainage system, upon being given a vertical outlet, was pushed to an elevation that exceeded the ground (or street) elevation at the outlet location. When a pizza delivery guy brings a pizza pie to a delivery patron, an accident happens where he dropps the pizza all over the street pavement.
