Check it. On an episode of extreme makeover (home edition), a lady comes running out of her house a bit too fast, misses her step, and falls/fails face first onto the sidewalk. Even though everything was ok, she seems to gracefully laugh off her fresh faceplant on live television. The Black Out Crew put a Donk on it for charity ! To thank volunteers running their studio, the Blackout Crew agreed to add some bounce, beats and their infamous Donk to 'We are the Vs', a song to launch the Vinspired awards.

For some reason, fattie decides that getting onto a treadmill that is running full blast is a good idea. Get a good laugh as you see one of the biggest treadmill faceplants ever. Wii Backup Loader version 3 by Wiigator running on a softmodded US Wii. No mod-chip is installed in this Wii. The Mario Kart disc was dumped from my own store bought copy.
Mountain Marathon Madness. As a run up to Asia's longest running high altitude marathon. King of the Hills held time trials to seperate the weak from the strong. Koji Miyazaki took first place with time of 44:23. Ping Leung came in 2nd just 10 seconds behind. The 5 race KOTH series starts November 23 in Sai Kung.
