More @ http://www.failfunnies.com See what happens in this video when the pressure/energy of the water of a street pipe (during this particular storm) became high enough that the water in the drainage system, upon being given a vertical outlet, was pushed to an elevation that exceeded the ground (or street) elevation at the outlet location.
